Terms of service
1. Provider
ENERGY.TL is operated, contracted and billed by Ian van der Valk Holding B.V. Chamber of Commerce: 96754826. VAT: NL867748370B01. Contact: ianvdvalk@gmail.com. Correspondence address: Ian van der Valk Holding B.V., c/o Netco Bouwers B.V., De Derde Hoeve 20, 2676 CS Maasdijk, the Netherlands. Netco Bouwers B.V. provides the correspondence location only and is not the ENERGY.TL provider or payment recipient.
2. Current public service
ENERGY.TL currently provides a free public viewer for attributed European day-ahead electricity market information. No account or payment is required to use the viewer. Commercial functions are not currently offered through the public site.
3. Visitor responsibilities
Visitors must use the site lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, overload or circumvent its security. Market information is provided for general information only and is not a supplier tariff, trading service, financial advice or guarantee of savings.
4. Existing obligations
The public site does not currently offer subscriptions or checkout. Rights and obligations arising from any agreement concluded before commercial functions became unavailable remain unaffected. Questions, withdrawal requests and legally required notices can be sent to ianvdvalk@gmail.com.
5. Market data
The viewer uses public chart data from Bundesnetzagentur | SMARD.de under CC BY 4.0. ENERGY.TL identifies adaptations including timestamp normalization, EUR/MWh-to-EUR/kWh conversion and display formatting. Data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and is provided without a delivery or service-level guarantee.
6. Availability and changes
The viewer is provided without a service-level guarantee. ENERGY.TL may make reasonable security, compatibility and abuse-prevention changes. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing law
Dutch law governs these terms. Any mandatory protections that apply despite a business designation remain unaffected.
