Ian van der Valk Holding B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 96754826) is responsible for ENERGY.TL personal data. Privacy requests can be sent to ianvdvalk@gmail.com or by post to Ian van der Valk Holding B.V., c/o Netco Bouwers B.V., De Derde Hoeve 20, 2676 CS Maasdijk, the Netherlands. Netco Bouwers B.V. is not the controller.
Data we process
The public market viewer does not require an account. ENERGY.TL processes standard request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. If a visitor used a previously available commercial function, related service, support and payment records may still be retained where required to meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations. Full payment-card and bank details are not stored by ENERGY.TL.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to deliver and secure the public viewer, prevent abuse, measure aggregate usage, answer requests and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on legitimate security and operational interests, performance of any existing agreement and legal obligations where applicable.
Privacy-friendly usage measurement
ENERGY.TL may record page path, coarse device category, site interaction, external referrer domain and country code supplied by the delivery network. A keyed one-way hash of the network address is used only to estimate unique visitors. Raw network addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored in analytics, no advertising profile is created and no cross-site tracking is used. Analytics and service request events are retained for no longer than 13 months.
Processors
Railway is used for application and database hosting, and Redis for operational caching where configured. Stripe and the configured transactional-email provider may continue to process records connected to previously available functions under their own contractual and security safeguards.
Retention and security
Operational and usage data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security, support and service operation. Historical billing and service records are retained only where required by law or an existing agreement. Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect retained information.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to certain processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
ENERGY.TL does not use advertising cookies or create advertising profiles. Essential security mechanisms may be used where required to protect the site or service existing legal obligations.
